Weekly Meditation classes
Meditating in a group can be a profound experience. Classes include breathing practices to help quieten the mind, instruction, 10 to 20 minutes of meditation, as well as time for questions and discussion afterward. My meditation classes are open to all levels of experience from newcomers to experienced meditators.
