Weekly Meditation classes
Meditating in a group can be a profound experience. Classes include breathing practices to help quieten the mind, instruction, 20 to 30 minutes of meditation, as well as time for questions and discussion afterward. My meditation classes are open to all levels of experience from newcomers to experienced meditators.
Mondays - meditation & mindful breathing 7pm - 7.45pm
Wednesdays 8.15pm - 9.15pm

These free 30 minute taster sessions offers a friendly, warm, quiet and supportive group environment whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned meditator.
During each session we will focus on a specific meditative practise for 10 minutes including how to use the breath to overcome distractions, meditation using mantras, visualisations, iRest
We will explore ways to help us sit more comfortably to meditate whether that be sitting on the floor or on chairs as well as have a discussion on the effects of diet and lifestyles on quietening the mind and meditation. There will be time for questions and discussions.
Everyone is welcome. These are free / by optional donation. All proceeds go to the Community Association of West Hampstead.
