This free weekly 45 minute taster session offers a friendly, warm, quiet and supportive group environment whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned meditator.
During each session we will focus on a specific meditative practise including how to use the breath to overcome distractions, meditation using mantras, visualisations, iRest.
We will explore ways to help us sit more comfortably to meditate whether that be sitting on the floor or on chairs as well as have a discussion on the effects of diet and lifestyles on quietening the mind and meditation. There will be time for questions and discussions.
